But before you despair, there are solutions for both Android and iOS that can help you recover these records.

In this guide, we'll show you how to do it step by step.

  • 3.Select the photo or video and press "Restore".

Software options for recovery

If the Google Photos camera didn't help you, don't worry. There is specific software that can be the solution:

  • Disk Drill: It works for both Android and iOS, allowing you to recover files from your device's memory.
  • DiskDigger: Available on the Google Play Store and App Store, it is an excellent option for those looking to restore images. However, on Android, the full scan requires root.

iPhone recovery

iPhone users have several options for recovering photos:

  • Recientemente Eliminado" card: When you delete a photo, iOS automatically sends it to this folder, where it will be available for 30 days. Access and restore the desired photo.
  • iCloud backup: If the photo is not in the Recent Deleted folder, you can recover it from a previous backup in iCloud. Remember that all data will be restored to the point of the backup.
