  6. The Digital CRLV will be available in the CDT app for download and consultation.

The Vehicle Registration Certificate (CRV) is required to issue the Digital CRLV. It contains the security number, located in the upper right-hand part of the document, which must be provided during the CRLV issuance process for individuals.
